Beauty is... Girls, (we call everyone at YUMMYMUMMYINC. 'girls' because it helps us feel young). Girls, feeling beautiful is about feeling beautiful from within. We know you have heard it before, however so many of us rely on a male to make us feel beautiful, sexy and good about ourselves. Why? Who knows! Because we simply shouldn't hand over this precious tool to them. Men don't understand the need we have to hear it from them, therefore they often don't express it - or don't express it in a way we need to hear it. That is unless of course they have had a few drinks and it's 2.50am. Then every woman they speak to is "bootiful". Do something for yourself this week that helps make you feel beautiful. For me it's about helping someone else. It's the little things. Offering someone else my support, emotional or physical. Also, notice the other beauty around you. Kind friends, A stunning day. A beautiful garden. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Believe it.
