Talk to me! When us girls at YUMMYMUMMYINC. have a meeting, the first thing we do is "debrief". We off load to each other. We chat about things like how the morning was with the kids, perhaps how the night was or was not - with our partner, how we had a disagreement with our Mum. What ever. Once we have felt we have all been 'heard'... it's on with the meeting.. Certainly puts everyone in the picture to where everyone's head is at and we find it of great benefit to all. Then a few months ago we meet the wonderul people behind Talking Stones. We had a visual reminder that we had INTERGRITY, FUN, LOVE in our lifes.
