Pricing & Taxes

All prices on our website are in Australian Dollars and include Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST). The currency converter is an indicative exchange rate only and is subject to change at the time of currency clearance.

International Purchases

Please note that for international purchases we will bill your credit card in Australian Dollars and your credit card company will convert the charges to the relevant currency for you. Your international order may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once your package reaches your country. YUMMYMUMMYINC does not collect international duties and taxes and is unable to predict what the particular charges for any country may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they are generally payable before your package can clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for further information regarding your country's specific customs requirements.

How to shop on our website

  1. You can browse our merchandise categories by using the upper navigation toolbar and selecting the product type that interests you e.g. ‘boxer shorts’, ‘singlet tops’, ‘briefs’.
  2. To place an order online you need to have browsed our products and placed items that you wish to purchase into your Shopping Bag. You can do this by simply selecting the size, and quantity of an item from the drop down menus provided on each product page.
  3. You then click on the ‘Add to Bag’ button. You can keep browsing and continue to add items to your Shopping Bag. You can add, edit or remove items from your Shopping Bag at any time up until you submit a purchase.
  4. Once you have finished browsing and have added everything you wish to purchase to your Shopping Bag you will need to click the ‘View Bag/Checkout’ button in the top right hand corner of the screen.
  5. Save your Shopping Bag - we will save the items in your shopping bag for up to 48 hours between visits. This function is convenient for the busy shopper who may need to step away before completing an order. When you return to our website simply click on the “View Bag” button at the top right of your screen and the items you selected on your previous visit will appear, making it easy for you to proceed to checkout.
  6. Receive Pickles & Loop Email Newsletters - With your permission, we will send you e-mail updates including information about our new designs, special offers and more.

What is an e-Gift Voucher?

An e-Gift Voucher is an electronic voucher which can only be redeemed through our on-line store. When the e-Gift Voucher is sent electronically, it is forwarded to the receiver's email address and can be redeemed using a code, located on the printed e-Gift Voucher

How to purchase an e-Gift Voucher

To purchase a voucher online, just add one to your shopping bag. When you 'checkout' to pay for the voucher, you will be asked to enter the receiver's e-mail address, name and a short message. The voucher is then sent as an e-mail to the receiver after the payment process is completed Sooo Easy!!!

Purchasing with your e-Gift Voucher

Vouchers can be redeemed through the YUMMYMUMMYINC. site at any time using the code that is located on the gift voucher e-mail. You don't need to use the total amount of the voucher at one time. You can use a portion of the voucher with one order and the remaining amount can be used with another order at another time. The amount is kept in our system automatically until you wish to use it.

Please note: YUMMYMUMMYINC e-Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months & can only be redeemed through our on-line store.

Payment Options

The following cards can be used online at YUMMYMUMMYINC: Visa, MasterCard, and Bankcard. We do not accept personal cheques, including personal cheques issued by a foreign bank, or local and international money orders. Once the payment has cleared we will send your order. Special Offers and Promotions

Occasionally, we offer special promotional discounts on particular BodyWraps or on your next purchase. These promotional discounts are only available for a limited time and will not apply to clearance items, shipping and handling fees and taxes. Further, the promotional discounts cannot be used in combination with any other discount. Each promotional offer will have its own unique alphanumeric code.

In order to utilize a promotional code, you will need to select the option “I would like to use a promotional code” on the Shopping Bag screen during the checkout process. Later on during checkout you will be given the opportunity to enter your promotional code. Please follow the onscreen prompts carefully.

Credit Card Security

How secure is my Transaction?

The YUMMYMUMMYINC Online Store supplies you with a secure session within our shopping 'checkout'. You will notice a padlock icon on the base of your browser when you enter through to the 'checkout'. This indicates that all information entered in the session is secure.

How safe are my credit card details?

When you click the ‘submit order’ button, we send the credit transaction directly to the bank. We do not transfer those details to others for their commercial use. Unlike giving credit card details over the phone, our online system automatically encrypts all your details using the latest encryption program.

Postage & Delivery

Delivery

Orders are generally dispatched within 48 hours using registered Australia Parcel Post services or by courier. Generally, deliveries within Australia will take between 3-7 working days (depending on the delivery address).

We recommend that you provide us with a daytime delivery address where someone will be available to accept the delivery, as a signature is normally required when sent via courier. If no one is at the specified address at the time the delivery is made a notice will be left in your letterbox notifying you of the attempted delivery and providing instructions for collection from your nearest post office or re-delivery.

International Delivery

Generally, delivery will take between 7 to 20 working days. We deliver via Air Mail. If no one is home for delivery, local postal guidelines apply. Sorry no C.O.D's or P.O. Boxes. All prices are in Australian dollars. The prices within the online store DO NOT include relevant overseas duties and other custom charges that you may incur.
Please note that YUMMYMUMMYINC cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery that result from things outside our control (for instance unusual weather conditions, strikes and natural disasters).

Returns & Exchanges

Return and Exchanges

If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can send it back to us for a refund or exchange. We understand it's harder to choose correctly on-line. However, we do need some rules in order to offer this service:

  • You need to send back your product within 14 days
  • You will pay for the return postage. The original postage is not refundable. However, in the unlikely event your purchase is faulty; we will refund your purchase price in full including the postage and handling charge.
  • The goods must be in their original packaging, unwashed and clean, unused and undamaged.
  • Exchanges are limited to different types of the same item (for example another size or colour of the same item).
  • Please include in the package the invoice or invoice number of your purchase, your reason for returning it, whether you would like to exchange (and if so, what for) or obtain a refund, and the return postal address.
  • Refunds and exchanges are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Make sure your name, address, phone number and instructions are clearly indicated. Comments would be appreciated.

Caring for your BodyWrap

A cold machine wash with no bleaching agents is needed to keep all BodyWraps in top condition. Do not soak. Lay flat and dry in the shade to keep colours vibrant. Do not tumble dry. Do not dry clean.

Nylon/Lycra BodyWrap

Our plain Nylon/Lycra BodyWrap is composed of a high quality Tactel/Lycra fabric. Offering strength, breath ability and stability. Our standard colour is black; Injection colours will be introduced throughout the year to support the season.
